How intellectual property, source code, designs, content, and third-party materials are handled in our services.
This policy explains how Coding Warriors handles intellectual property relating to client projects, custom development, source code, designs, content, reusable technology, and third-party materials.
Effective from August 26, 2026Coding Warriors Software Solutions LLP provides custom software development, website development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, SaaS solutions, integrations, automation, and related technology services.
Different types of intellectual property may be involved in a project, including source code, software architecture, designs, graphics, documentation, databases, content, trademarks, libraries, frameworks, and third-party components.
This policy should be read together with the applicable proposal, quotation, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement for the relevant project.
The client retains ownership of intellectual property that the client provides to Coding Warriors for use in a project.
This may include:
The client grants Coding Warriors the necessary permission to use such materials solely for performing the agreed services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom deliverables specifically created for a client project may be transferred to the client after the applicable project fees have been paid in full.
Depending on the project, custom deliverables may include source code, custom application code, database structures, project-specific designs, documentation, and other work specifically created for the client.
The exact ownership and licensing rights for a project may be defined in the applicable project agreement.
Payment for a project does not automatically transfer ownership of Coding Warriors' pre-existing technology, reusable components, third-party software, or open-source materials.
Where ownership of custom deliverables is intended to transfer to the client, such transfer is generally conditional upon full payment of all amounts due for the applicable project.
Until the applicable payments have been cleared, Coding Warriors may retain ownership or control of unpaid project deliverables and may restrict their release, production deployment, source code transfer, or final handover, subject to the applicable project agreement and applicable law.
Where a project is terminated or remains unpaid, ownership and delivery of unfinished or unpaid work will be determined according to the applicable agreement.
Coding Warriors retains ownership of its pre-existing and independently developed intellectual property used to provide services.
This may include:
We may continue to use general-purpose components, techniques, concepts, and know-how developed or used during a project, provided that we do not disclose the client's confidential information or client-owned proprietary materials.
Projects may contain third-party or open-source software, libraries, frameworks, plugins, APIs, fonts, icons, images, or other materials.
Such materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. Coding Warriors does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property to a client where we do not own those rights.
The client agrees to comply with applicable third-party license requirements associated with materials included in the project.
The client is responsible for ensuring that all content, data, images, trademarks, software, documents, and other materials provided to Coding Warriors may legally be used for the intended project.
The client represents that it has the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to provide such materials.
Coding Warriors may rely on these permissions when incorporating client-provided materials into the project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Coding Warriors may identify completed projects as part of its portfolio and business experience, including displaying the client's publicly available name, logo, website, or publicly visible project screenshots.
Coding Warriors will not intentionally disclose confidential information, private source code, credentials, proprietary business data, or other confidential project information for portfolio purposes.
A client may request different publicity or portfolio arrangements where agreed in writing.
If you believe that content or materials displayed on our website or used in connection with our services infringe your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the relevant material and explain the basis of the claim.
We may review legitimate infringement concerns and take appropriate action where reasonably necessary.
Clients are responsible for claims arising from client-provided materials where the client did not have the necessary rights or authorization to provide or use those materials.
