IDT Educations — Student Management Platform

IDT Educations operates through six independent branch offices, each with its own WordPress website for local admissions and inquiries. Before this project, every branch had to log into a separate WordPress dashboard just to check inquiries and admissions, with no centralized way for head office to track performance across locations. Student records, fee collection, and academic data were scattered across spreadsheets and manual paperwork, causing data entry errors, delayed fee reminders, and zero real-time visibility into what was happening at each branch.

We built a complete three-part ecosystem. First, a custom Laravel-based Student Management Platform with role-based dashboards for admins, branch staff, faculty, and students — handling admissions, fee collection via Razorpay, and academic records in one place. Second, we developed IDT Manager, a custom WordPress plugin installed on all six branch websites; each branch simply installs the plugin and adds a unique sync key, and their website inquiries and admission form submissions flow directly into the central panel — no separate WordPress login required for branch staff. Third, we built the main IDT Educations corporate website. The result is a single source of truth where head office can monitor every branch's inquiries, admissions, and performance from one dashboard, while branches keep their own independent websites without any extra login overhead.

Since launch, IDT Educations has cut admission processing time by 60%, eliminated manual fee reconciliation across branches, and given the head office real-time visibility into inquiries and admissions across all six locations from a single panel. Branch staff now manage everything from one login instead of juggling separate WordPress dashboards for each website.
